Gov’t tackling all issues confronting PH, says Palace
Malacañang on Friday assured the public that President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is prioritizing all issues confronting the country, including the economy, fuel supply, and other challenges.
“Sa paningin ng Pangulo at ng administrasyon na ito, lahat ng isyu ay dapat tutukan. Pero siyempre, ang inuuna sa ngayon ay kung paano natin maiibsan ang impact ng nangyayari sa Middle East,” Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary and Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said in a press briefing.
“Pero lahat ng isyu na nakalatag, hindi ito puwedeng tulugan; hindi puwede nating sabihing pabayaan muna natin itong isyu na ito, at ito muna. Lahat ng isyu na nakalatag dito ay dapat tinututukan.”
Asked about the Palace’s guarantee to the public, Castro said President Marcos is working hard to address those challenges.
The President, Castro emphasized, is not taking a vacation and he guarantees his presence and orders in tackling those priority issues.
“Ang garantiya ng Pangulo, ang presence niya, ang mga utos niya, ang mga polisiya na inilalatag sa taumbayan, nakikita natin,” said the Palace official.
“Siya na nga rin, uulitin natin, garantiya na ang pondo ng bayan ay gagamitin sa tama – para sa taumbayan, para sa proyekto ng gobyerno.” | PND
